  • 2000m² fit-out over two floors. Involving asbestos removal/asbestos grind, fit-out of office space and break-out areas and upgrade of bathrooms ($2million+).

  • Office fit-out works. Involving asbestos removal/ asbestos grind, fit-out of office space and break-out areas and upgrade of bathrooms ($1.3million).

  • Old ASIO Building (R9 - Campbell Park). 4000m² fit-out of office space and break-out areas and upgrade of bathrooms. Upgrade of Foyer & Auditorium, Cafeteria & Courtyard. Installation of industrial Kitchen + Underground Carpark ($ 3 million).

  • 1000m² office fit-out works. Involving asbestos removal/asbestos grind, fit-out of office space and break-out areas and upgrade of bathrooms ($1.2million).

  • Temporary fit-out staging area. Demolition and removal of wet areas on Level 1 D Block and relocation costs associated with NCA move to Level 2D staging space.

  • Building works. Upgrade of security area including removal of and installation of Bullet resistant glass ($200k).
